SMD mounting

Our flexible SMT lines are capable to achieve a speed of 30,000 components per hour, ensuring you assemble your PCB run efficiently and smoothly.

Samsung SMD pick & place equipment that we use have the possibility to place components size from 0201, QFP, QFN, DFN, BGA and fine pitch CSP`s.

SMT production lines are separated to acieve the maximum flexibility,speed and delivery of PCBs.

Soldering can also be made according to your ROHS and non-ROHS requirements.

All operators in the SMT lines have undergone training and have years of experience. We are able to make corrections in our production immediately after the phone call.
