Management system certification — ISO 14001:2015

Project goal: to increase the international competitiveness of the Applicant through ISO 14001:2015 certification, ensuring compliance with global environmental standards and easing access to foreign markets.

Project purpose: optimisation of business processes by introducing an environmental management system, which will improve environmental performance, reduce operating costs and increase the company's attractiveness as a supplier in regulated industries.

Expected results: obtaining the ISO 14001:2015 certificate, greater market recognition, stronger exports and long-term business sustainability.
